A QUICK LOOK AT SOME SURPRISING CHANGES 

IN OUR REAL ESTATE MARKET IN 2017



Several sections of Jersey City showed incredible appreciation in 2017. The Heights, Journal Square and Greenville all gaining double digits in median sale prices. 

Union City with a huge increase as well as neighboring towns get reval'd and taxes catch up. 

Downtown JC and Hoboken maintaining a slow, steady appreciation in the condo market as inventory continues to drop. Single and multi-family houses dropping in median sale price in Hoboken in 2017.
